Join the “Inclusion Revolution”!

Mission H2 invites you to an inspiration session on 3rd December to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2024.

Imagine a world where everyone has equal opportunities to engage in meaningful work, where everyone’s unique talents are recognised, and where we focus on abilities rather than disabilities.
As part of the energy transition, and specifically the hydrogen transition, we believe in an inclusive approach to change. Embracing different ideas, perspectives, and ways of working contributes to innovation and better results. But inclusion doesn’t happen automatically.

During the inspiration session “The Inclusion Revolution,” we will discuss what is needed to improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for people with disabilities.

Joost Rigter

Until the age of 26, Joost Rigter could see. Today, he only has 0.8 percent vision. A rare eye condition left Joost nearly blind within ten years. It marked a total turnaround—nothing would ever be the same again. But does that make life less beautiful? Absolutely not, says Joost.

How do you cope with such changes, and how do you find light in the darkness? During his lecture, Joost will take you along on his journey and literally show you. Because, according to Joost, "There is always a light switch somewhere." Joost's perspective is an eye-opener, his lectures a unique experience and a source of inspiration.

During the roundtable discussions, you will engage with colleagues from other companies about how we can improve diversity and inclusion for people with disabilities.
